I stopped into public storage earlier. To check to a quote for units there. and the young lady Carmen who attended me was very nice. And everything was organized and clean. Customer service there is a plus! ???? but unfortunately I didn't get the storage there because I found another cheaper. Thank you for everything

I looked at a few storage places before using Public Storage. The people are friendly and knowledgeable, the agreement is forthright and easy to understand, and most importantly for me, it is clean. Prices are not out of line with competitors, and they offered to assist me finding another Public Storage site if I couldn't find the size of storage area I needed.
