I was met after first entering the gate by the onsite representative and accompanied to initialize my unit. This went very well and I was advised about using the app for easier entry. It was a postive experience.

After checking out a couple of other competitors in the area, it was refreshing coming in to this public storage. The attendant working was kind, very knowledgeable, well spoken, and professional. Her name was Lily and I am still raving about her almost a week later! Plus the price was on target also!

The front gate has been open the last to visits to your facility, yesterday august 11, 2014 and august 10, 2014. I makes me question the security for not only our property but ourselves when we go in and do not know if their are tresppasers on the property.
