Nice facility! Very convenient location for me. The Young Lady that works there is Super!! Pricing is good 5x5 $50 per month half price first month but after all the taxes and admen fees it came to $75 for the first monthﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ The customer service representative I spoke with on the phone said it was 50% off the first 2 months but that was not trueﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ.. But it is what it is, No need to argue with them about it at the facility, they didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t give the bad Infomation it came from the person I spoke to on line!!! Other then that it was a pretty good experience!

The process to reserve was very easy and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Parking our RV was very easy.

the local offices are great, people are friendly but I have 2 instances to report. I vacated a unit 1125 and got a move out receipt saying: fees may apply upon full inspection. I called to find out is it were inspected and ask for a new form and Virgie Johnson told me you don't do that!!! I started another contract at 1800 ten point lane and still do not have any further information; no contract; no account number. Your administrative office is terrible and that is the reason for my rating. If you call me I can give you more information.

Finally I found a location that's clean both the store itself as well as the units. If you despise moving the way I do and you want things to go as smooth as possible come to this location. I was greeted by Jennifer she was fast, knowledgeable and professional. Some people hate there jobs but she had a true passion for what she does. you don't find that type of service anymore in Orlando . I called my sister right away and told her to move her stuff to this storage also. I was really worry about the cost but Jennifer gave me plenty of options which really put my mind at ease. Never again will I waste my time and money going anywhere else. Thank you Jennifer for caring and treating me like I was VIP!!

I stopped at public storage to gather information for a friend. Crystal greeted me, showed me a space and made the renting process seem easy. I strongly recommend storing with this company.

Great storage unit, with a great staff. The facility is clean and very well maintained. Jennifer was very accommodating to my needs and has great customer service skills. She clearly explained what was going on at all times and put me at ease after a stressful day of traveling. Thank you for making my first experience with Public Storage a great one.

Hello I've recently rented a storage unit with Public Storage and found that the staff is courteous, nice and pleasant. Very professional and thorough.

They have great customer service but the lighting is not so great. I went twice at different times but the lights did not come on. Wish that my unit was inside. ?
