Great price and clean. The process is fairly easy.

Renting a storage unit was fast and easy. They emailed and texted us all the details, including the contract and codes. They were very helpful when we went to move things into the unit.

Why review I leave voicemail to help with my account. It's been 3 days and still no response.

The move-in process was very quick and easy.

Tami, the mannager, was fantastic. Most courteous and helpfpul. For example as I was ready to leave, she called to me to say I had not put the lock on my unit properly. She went out of her wayto explain and help me put it on moore securely. That's good customer service.

There are a lot of easy access options, including contactless check in and Bluetooth gate access from your phone. They were upfront about requirements and options. The negatives are that I rented a 5x5 unit, but the width is closer to 4 or 4.5 feet, and the door stuck the first couple of times I opened it.

The young lady at the front was phenomenal!!! She was very professional yet very personal. She even called another employee to ensure what I had could fit in storage and took me to see specific storage unit. Couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t ask for better service!!!!!

We have had our storage unit for 4 months and the monthly rental fee has gone up more than $70 (from $127 to $200 including insurance and tax) for no reason. This is an absolute disgusting money grab and we are no longer going to store our belongings there.

SHEENA was Very courteous, very professional, I took the time to explain everything to us. Showed us around gave us some options Explained in details how to operate the gate and hours of operation. She was very pleasant to talk to and made sure all our questions were answered before we left.

My experience was outstanding, starting with the reservation online to finishing the process in person. Jojo from the N Goldenrod Road location was amazing, then Sheena from the Alafaya location was wonderful. This is my first time renting from you guys and I am more than pleased with the outstanding customer service you offer.

Overall happy expect that me as the customer was not made aware when making the reservation online that I had to buy your insurance.

Amanda, was amazing we have been looking for the right storage size and location for our moving transition. After visiting several location, Amanda, locked it in... hassle-free, very helpful and patient once I made my decision, I was signing the paperwork in minutes.

When I went to the Lake Mary, FL location, it was just after hurricane Irma came through. Thousands of people were out of power for a week or more and the Lake Mary location had lost their power and A/C. The manager and staff were still very professional and made sure that they helped me with my storage needs. The move in was easy and I would recommend them to everyone!

With my experience as a college student, many local businesses love to take advantage of college students and their personal well being. But I can honestly say I have find a place that was open-arm and welcoming. Cristina, one of the property managers have kept everything sweet and simple. From information on that actually storage to me purchasing it and filling out the paperwork for it. This is ine experience I will never forget

When relocating back to Florida I needed temporary storage of my household goods. Public Storage had an excellent web site and finding a location near to my destination was very easy. Reserving on-line was fast and easy - and it saved me money versus walking into the facility. I thought their 8 digit security code was over the top but it is because every customer has a unique code. I was impressed and pleased. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to Public Storage or use them again if the need arose.

The reason I am giving 5 stars is because of Alan. Also, $50 does not equal $1.
