My lovers were not happy. Every time they got in the elevator, the code had timed out. The elevator system is not good. At least add some time or a code machine inside the elevator

I needed a 5x10 storage unit to unclutter my apartment. My grandson is living with me while he attends college near me so we have things that accumulate stuff. This location is near and the staff Rosa and Mario were very helpful and pleasant.

This place is a mess. The elevators are set to close super fast, one shifts to the side when riding even without furniture, got briefly locked in one because the key pad is on the outside door (not inside the elevator.) If you can afford a better place, do it. This place is sketchy and gross. I wouldn't stay but I only need storage for 2 months.

There is too much stuff in my house after I left my office behind, but not all of the stuff at my office. I needed a place to put everything that would not mold my papers and books. The place is clean, secure, and easy to access. I had a great experience here.

They do try to upsell you on many extra things, such as their lock. You are forced to buy it because their units only take a special type of lock, which I felt was a deceptive selling process.

Really good experience, no complaints about the employees. The elevator was a little gross and the main gates were broken, but there was still lots of security and everything went well.

Cost more than $1 for that first month! But I expected there to be other costs. Insurance high as mentioned before.

Staff were great but would like to have cheaper options for insurance. I had to do some research but found other insurance for a third of the price.

Great Experience

I thought every about my experience was great. The price, the condition on the storage locker was great, super secure via gate code and elevator code, and the staff was wonderful. I was in and out of the office in 15minutes tops! Mariluz was super nice and helped explain everything. The documents where done electronically so I have them stashed away on the "cloud" and will not be lost in the move. If anyone I know needs to rent space that lives with 15minutes of this facility I would tell them to use you guys. AAA+++

Staff was great, but had several issues with the elevator not working. And having a unit on the second floor and an elevator not working is a problem.

I only rented there for a month this time, but my experience was great. The staff are friendly and the storage units are clean. I would recommend this place.

I would recommend this place. It is easy to get to. I was impressed with all the security that they have. The property manager Carmen was polite and showed me how everything worked. She helped me out with any other things I might have needed. In conclusion, I think this would be a good place to store any belongings.

Decent price. Easy signup. Sliding doors broken so difficult to access unit without staff assistance; also questionable whether climate controlled is still possible when a large door to the AC area is not functioning.

When I called Public Storage they were able to find the size unit I needed in the area I was looking for. When I arrived to the facility they were friendly and gave me full information about their facility and supplies I would need to make the transition easier.
