5 Stars My house flooded and I needed to store records off site. This business provided what I needed.

The worker was nice, but as I was heading to the storage I found a large dead rat 2 storages down outside

Kim was extremely helpful, she answered mine and my brothers questions with authority she made the paper work painless. she showed us the available packing supplies my brother found a few things that he still needed. she walked us to our new unit and made sure we would be please. Great customer service

Making contract with Public Storage was satisfying. The move-in special offer, size of the unit, and monthly rental was most economical. The current manager and employee were very warm-welcoming. It was truly a pleasant experience that honestly I didn't expect. I'm glad I made the decision to choose renting there.

I recommend Pubic Storage. Shatik who is the property manager was knowledgeable, like he knew what he was doing when I was moving to the unit.. I had a good experience. I encountered a problem when I moved out, but Ebony was courteous and she did not give me any negative feed back, but helped me. And I want to thank Vince (Shatiks manager) who was understanding about my moving out. He actually called me when he heard about what had happened. I thank God for each one you. :)

The staff here was helpful and friendly. I am an HR Manager and I observed the manager training new employees and I was impressed with his patience and thoroughness. I would hire him in a second.

While visting my unit at this property Brianna was very helpful and didnt mind helping me with my unit.

I will say that Shatik provided excellent customer service and very thorough the only thing is when i went to use my storage the lighting was not working properly and i was moving my stuff in the dark.

I initially went to the Hiawassee location in Orlando, FL but the service there was awful. The employee told me she does not get paid over time so she's leaving exactly at 6, the door is always locked and people are not generally in there. However, the sign on the door says the office is closed for an hour from 1:30 - 2:30 but it is various times of the day (I went a few times). The location on John Young has after hours access and the staff is way more helpful and friendlier. So if you must, go to another location and then you'll experience better customer service.

The online reservations are easy to use. The confirmation email hints that your reservation is tomorrow, even if it's really a week away. The facility is easy to find and access. It looks clean and properly managed. The staff is friendly and goes over all the important details thoroughly. The only surprise was the insurance that each unit renter is required to buy through their provider, with a minimum of $11 monthly and a maximum of $15 monthly. Overall, I would recommend this company and facility based on multiple locations and a fair rate.

I had little knowledge when I walked in to discuss renting a storage unit. I left feeling like I knew a lot more due to the person helping me look at the different options and actually showed that she cared that I was completely happy with my choice.
