The pin pad to get in and out of the storage area is situated so that you must physically get out of your car to input the code. Therefore, I must exit my car in inclement weather in order to get to my storage unit.

Dominique was excellent. She was knowledgeable and she was able to articulate the answers to all my questions. BUT HERE'S MY CONCERN ABOUT THE FACILITY. I READ ON A REVIEW ABOUT RODENTS DESTROYING SOMEONE'S PROPERTY. I AM HOPING YOU ALL HAVE TAKEN CARE OF THE RODENT PROBLEM. THE 5 STARS ARE FOR DOMINIQUE.

Sasha is one of the best! She explained to me upfront all of the fees that were due. She showed me two different units and after explaining what items I would be brining she told me which one would be better for my needs. I def. will be renting from them in the future!
