The only issue that I had is when I stopped by that particular office around a month ago, the lady behind the counter gave me a price of around $200 a month for a 10'x30' storage. When I returned this past Monday, August 3rd, a different lady was there and she quoted me a price of around $460 a month. I just thought that was a VERY LARGE increase for only a month! Besides that everything worked out okay.

Melissa was phenomenal! Her energy and smile was very welcoming. I was VERY impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. The facility is also very clean. Lastly, I appreciate Melissa ensuring me that the storages I needed was wheelchair accessible. Being that I'm a wheelchair user, that was very important to me.

I was referred to this location from another public storage. When I arrived Melissa greeted me and was well detailed on answering my questions. She took us to see the unit and was really friendly. She was really helpful. I will be looking forward to seeing her again. I already recommend this location to my neighbor who will be in need of a storage facility.

Melissa is AMAZING! I've had a storage with this location since Oct last year and I went in last month to move into a different unit. I thought I was going to be given a hard time based on the experience I had with a different representative when I first moved in, but Melissa made my experience this time a very pleasant one. It was a fast and smooth transition. I really appreciate great customer service and Melissa definitely provides that. 10 stars!!!!!

Melissa is friendly, polite and professional every time I visit the front desk. The facility is neat and clean as well. Would definitely recommended to friends families and strangers if they ever need extra storage.
