Leo was extremely helpful in ensuring that I was fully satisfied with the space. I originally picked a 5 x 10 and saw that it wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work for me so he took the time to find me something bigger and show me my options.

I used this facility when I first relocated to Orlando last year. And during this transition of moving into my own place I used them again. I kept my lock and key so I was able to avoid buying a new lock and key. I am just very pleased with their service and they were very helpful with my questions. I give them a high 5 star rate! Thanks a lot!!

Karen is a real treasure...extremely helpful...willing to work the extra mile to meet your every requirement. I have rented two storage units from her and I felt that she gave me prime attention and helped me with a growing space problem.

Karen at the location on Semoran Blvd. in Orlando, FL was the one. Such a help. What a wonderful person. Didn't try to oversell me and was very honest.

I've always used your facilities for any life altering plans requiring personal items to be held temporarily, besides your prices are fair and you haven't changed your company's name four times throughout its lifetime. You're doing something right.

The place is very clean, the Lady in the front was very nice

The service was fast. I place the order online and as soon I pressed the "ok" someone was calling me from the facility. When we arrived we checked in and we were guided by Cesar he was very knowledgeable and explained all the details that we needed. We started the moving right on time.

Paul was very professional, courteous, and answered all my questions. He gave me all the costs upfront, no surprises. This was a pleasant surprise because the previous day, at another Public Storage location, I had such a bad experience, I walked away sans renting the exact same size space!

Have lived around this area for over a decade and have had storage units here quite often. Currently been in my unit for about 3 years. Staff seem to change a lot but everyone is friendly and professional on the phone or in person. Having rented out of this facility for so long, I have seen some break-ins but they are few and far between. Current lighting and gate maintenance are very good IMO. I had someone try to break into my unit at another companies facility where people lived on property and I ended up leaving that place to come back here. I have no complaints about the facility or staff and have no problem recommending anyone in the area to them.

Online reservation and process there on was excellent. Arrived at store and finalized process obtained key during showing of facilities which are in top notch condition. So far all is good.

The customer services agent was excellent. She was asking question about my stuff, so she can figurate the space I needed. She was super friendly and attentive.

The facilities are clean and spacious! the service was good. Sometimes they try to convince you that what you have won't fit in a 5 by 5 room... but if you just need to stack things, it is more than enough.

The personnel were very kind and provide us with useful tips to store our luggage. They were very kind with our kids and were particularly expeditive knowing we were in a hurry.
