Public Storage - Orlando - 5900 Lakehurst Drive

I came in to look at the different sizes for storage units and Irina assisted me. She was super nice and showed me all the unit sizes. Great customer service and friendly. The space was super clean. I just need to decide which size Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m getting and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll be back for Irina to help me out.

Great level of security and Yolanda, on site is attentive at every detail. Eric did an amazing job to give options before we new exactly what we would need. Clear and super friendly he made the tour of the facility and provided all the details about the logistic in a very professional way. He gave us the option to register for a potential spot and thanks to that system we got what we needed very fast because the delivery was sooner than we anticipated. Without him we would have been without any storage option for the capacity we needed at a decent distance from home. Yolanda, very professional provided the unit. Thank you very much.

Yolanda really helped me in jam! I was trying to get stuff into my unit before Hurricane Irma comes, and my door got jammed (something I was supposed to have taken care of a while back but forgot). She was able to get the right guys to come out, even while the vendors were on evacuation orders, and they were able to get my unit to close. The storage unit itself was perfect, few dings here and there, but nothing that was unexpected, the location has accessible hours, and is under servalience.
