It okay has a lot of up selling and extras that is required. Like a lock for 20 and a monthly payment for insurance for 15

Front office staff very helpful, patient, etc. Facility appeared to be clean and maintained.

I was there on january 1 and I met up with 2 rats that refused to move while I was walking to get back into my car. But other than that, you are securing my belongings. Thank you.

Fast and easy rental clean facilities

Shanitta made the process, such an easy experience she really explained things in depth and made me feel welcomed. She has such a kindred spirit, which is vital to work in customer service. The next time I came she was not there,(which was this past Saturday) and the office workers had the drive way blocked where it made it physically impossible to maneuver through the property with ease. The property is already small as it is, so there should be no blocking especially coming from the workers. All entrances should be readily available and accessible for order and decency to be maintain and the workers were completely oblivious to the fact. they didn't try to assist or move their cars or anything and many customers were complaining. If it wasn't for Shanitta, I really would not have had a good experience with this company

The storage unit is more.than adequate for.my needs and the staff didn't push me to get more than I need.
