Easy process, great price just what I was looking for

The two young ladies that helped us were extremely polite and courteous. They went above and beyond help us find the exact storage unit that fit our needs they showed us units so that we could actually get a visual look at the size that we wanted. And then once we selected a move-in date they told us we could do everything online which made it so much easier when we moved in it took us less than 10 minutes to fill out the forms online and to get my unit number and pin code. so whether you go in or you do it online both of our experiences were fantastic. Would recommend this specific facility to anyone looking for excellent customer service great pricing and just overall customer care.

I think the young lady who took care of me when I first got the storage unit less than a month ago, was mild mannered, very professional, and efficient employee of publicStorage. I told her what I needed, she showed me options, and was not a bit pushy toward a more expensive unit than what I knew I needed. I think PublicStorage as a whole, should feel lucky to have such a good and professional employee, because these days it's not easy to find such a well rounded individual. She would be an asset to any company that is fortunate enough to have her. Thanks again Lori for all your help. I only needed the unit for one month but when I came in to reserve on 6/2 and only needed until 7/2, I was told that I would have to pay for an entire month if not out by the 1st. This does not seem right to me so I had to re do the reservation for 6/5 and am hoping that I do not get charged for a full month since I will still not be out until the 2nd of July. The person who checked me in on 6/5 was very professional, kind and personable!

This is the greatest storage place ever. I had extra space storage for 5 years until moving and thought they were great but public storage is waaaay more affordable and convenient. Customer service is great!! When I came in the front office it was very, very clean and we'll kept. Lori, the agent who helped me was very kind, considerate, polite and answered every question I had thoroughly which made the transition really smooth, affordable AND fast. Thanks Lori!! Every GREAT company need and deserve to have a great agent like you on board!!

Went into the public storage office today to inquire about renting a storage unit. After checking other storage units the customer service I received from a young lady named Lori was so exceptional I decided to choose to rent with public storage. I give all the credit to how they treat people regardless how busy she was she greeted every guest politely and made every customer including myself feel so welcomed. Highly recommended!

We rented from this particular Public Storage facility in 2013/2014 when we did a huge home remodel. We now need a small unit for some temporary storage so we came right back to this facility. Convenient and always clean.

In very few places you get the service as in this Public Storage location, Anne is such a great help from the sign in process to the end of contract.
