The only issues in my opinion was the AC inside the storage. Because it's announced as climated but it's hot inside. But all the rest is perfect.

I discovered that my free unit with another company was going to be too small, but they didn't have any other sizes. Thus, I had to look for an alternative, and Public Storage was the closest facility. I didn't expect to pay anything the first month with the other company, so Public Storage was super expensive in comparison. I went to the unit a few days later and the doors were stuck, so I couldn't get in the building to access my unit at all. I'm glad it wasn't an emergency.There was also a guy inside the gate selling his moving services which was kinda creepy.

My favorite part about Public Storage is the security. I feel safe bringing my things to my storage unit and the fact that a code is required to enter. I would definitely use their services again. My only minor disappointment was that I wish we were given the Option to use their lock or use our own instead of automatically including it in the price. There should be an option given. Other than that minor thing we are satisfied.
