Public Storage - Orlando - 903 S Semoran Blvd

Move in procedure was easy. No light in the hallway or the unit. I gather the office is seldom attended, and there are no scheduled hours. I need to turn in their lock to avoid paying for it. Also need to get my personal insurance registered to avoid paying for their insurance.

Very helpful, straightforward service. Everything has met my needs. The only downside was the required insurance on the unit, which I wasn't aware I had to purchase until at the office, but thankfully it's relatively inexpensive.

Amazing customer service the representative was kind , gave me very valuable information, helped me choose a storage unit that worked for my needs, she was so sweet truly made the whole experience worth it!! I believe her name was Brittany.

I had walked into Public storage Confused and without a plan. Amy and Javier helped me find my the right unit for me and even answer numerous questions as it regards storage units, pricing, climate control and even assisted my as I considered moving to another public storage locAtion that hE climate control. Amy provided me with all the info I needed and when I returned once I realized the other locAtion wouldn't work for me they continue d to help me in were even there as a war to listen as I was overwhelmed from my horrific moving sit union. If your a person who appreciate c good as a matter of fact great customer service come to this location, they've got your back. ??

Javier did an excellent job. He was very thorough explaining all the costs and maintenance of a storage unit so there were no surprise fees. Conveniently located close to 50. Would definitely recommend.

The location of the facility was very important and the rates. Only thing that I don't like is that I have to step out of my vehicle to enter my code into your key pad and then have to step out again to exit instead of the the gate opening up on it's own when I go to exit .

From the call to reserve, to the meeting in the Public Storage office (2 ladies), to the work being done around the property, to the unit, back to the 2 GREAT employees in the office, to the paperwork....excellent attitudes and professional service. They are on the ball! Close to home and hours of operation suit me fine.
