I was super anxious about doing business with a big company like Public Storage, BUT this was an AMAZING experience. Heather was so great. She was very understanding of all of my needs, my nerves, and super accommodating! She helped me save so much money and did everything she possibly could to make it such an easy (and not long) process! I am so thankful I chose this place!!!!

I'll try to make this short. I had reservations at uhaul for a storage unit for a complete 3 bedroom house when i got to uhaul the unit was not big enoughx2. So i call your company and I tell you Ms. Carmen was outstanding she is the President of what customer should be i can't thank her enough.

Carman was AMAZING and very dependable. Unlike other storage unit managers, she actually cares about the customers. She has been a big help and I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me.

Could not be happier! Had a house closing delay and had to store my house for a week until we could get in the new house. Rented a unit I thought was plenty big enough. When the movers showed up with the truck packed to the gills I knew I was in trouble. Walked in office talked to Carmen and she was great! Not only did she get me into a bigger unit for some reason it didn't cost me anything? Wow that never happens. Thanks Carmen and thanks PS!

Excellent customer service. The employee explained me everything with respect and professionalism. Also recommended me something different of what I had reserved and she was right. Few days later she called me just to know if I am comfortable with the new decision. She is the best.

i needed a storage unit on short notice, while the public storage near me could not help me ( no units in the size I needed) they searched and found me a unit in another location close bye. Both locations were very friendly, and helpful in getting me settled.
