I used the PS national website to reserve a storage unit. I received a call from Melissa at the PS in Winter Park, FL facility within 30 seconds. Amazing. She made all of the check-in easy and pleasant. The facility itself is clean and well air conditioned. I have had good experiences there 2 years in a row. Well done, Melissa, and PS.

For starters the facility is great and all the storage units are kept at the perfect temperature to maintain anything you wish to hold. When I entered the facility I was greeted by a lady named Melissa. She filled me in with all the details and facts needed for me to start storing. Overall the experience was great and I will definitely comeback. My daughter came home from college, and we had a huge clutter of items. Public storage helped me out a ton, thanks!
