The only reason I am giving 4 stars is it would be great if you had better security like cameras around the perimeter. Parking a trailer in the back leaves a bit to be desired even though there is a concrete wall fence with barbed wire. I know we do not live in a perfect world.

On the website you can project 14 days before you need the unit. Then when the set up appt the looked at me like they never heard that. I was told if I didn't purchase that day then they couldn't guarantee me a unit.

The driveway is short and steep coming off 434. It's also a bit of a blind turn, which means that you are at risk of being rear ended by others entering the driveway as you wait at the security keypad for the gate to open. The forced purchase of a public storage branded lock is ridiculous. I have 6 perfectly good master locks, but no. The free month is great but you have to buy the second month with automatic payment from a credit or debit card, so there is a discount, but think about whether you'll need 2 full months of storage time. Once past the gate, the driveways are clean and fairly wide. The units are clean but bring someone tall to pull the roll-down door down. I'm 6 feet tall and had to jump to grab the handle (the rope that should have been tied to the handle had been destroyed by the machine they use to clean the drive). With only one staff person, you better be patient if anyone else is there because the computer is stubbornly slow and frequently requires a reboot.
