Public storage is definitely an essential service to assist those who needs extra space. Customer service is impeccable and Jessica who works there on W 434 was very consistent with making sure that my welcoming was warm and she always checked up to see if there is anything else she can assist with. I love the storage because I have the ability to store innumerable things for the space that I have, and the rates as well is very reasonable. Thanks PS!

Very helpful for sizing your storage needs

Barbara has been there for years and has always been friendly, kind and considerate. Theses units have a low concrete lip which make it easy for a dolly to get over.

I just started with my space.

The only reason I am giving 4 stars is it would be great if you had better security like cameras around the perimeter. Parking a trailer in the back leaves a bit to be desired even though there is a concrete wall fence with barbed wire. I know we do not live in a perfect world.

Your attendant was friendly and helpful at the same time, making it easy for me to access my storage place and getting in and out of the facility.

On the website you can project 14 days before you need the unit. Then when the set up appt the looked at me like they never heard that. I was told if I didn't purchase that day then they couldn't guarantee me a unit.

Clean easy to get in friendly and okay price

The driveway is short and steep coming off 434. It's also a bit of a blind turn, which means that you are at risk of being rear ended by others entering the driveway as you wait at the security keypad for the gate to open. The forced purchase of a public storage branded lock is ridiculous. I have 6 perfectly good master locks, but no. The free month is great but you have to buy the second month with automatic payment from a credit or debit card, so there is a discount, but think about whether you'll need 2 full months of storage time. Once past the gate, the driveways are clean and fairly wide. The units are clean but bring someone tall to pull the roll-down door down. I'm 6 feet tall and had to jump to grab the handle (the rope that should have been tied to the handle had been destroyed by the machine they use to clean the drive). With only one staff person, you better be patient if anyone else is there because the computer is stubbornly slow and frequently requires a reboot.
