Unit was clean and ready to go. I like the contactless gate entry on the mobile app.

The woman who helped me move in was great. The facility had been struck by lightning a few days before, so the computers were down. She helped me figure out how to do everything on my phone so there was no delay.

The process of finding, reserving, and contracting storage was super simple. I needed a specific size unit and access to that unit so that I could back my boat in. The on site manager was super helpful and I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is in need of storage.

Every facility I started my reservation with lead me to the right unit and Jesse from Sanford made it easy for my household to decide to get to the facility that best suites our antique furniture. Kristen and Erika in winter springs showed great customer service when I processed my unit with public storage .Thank yous.

The facilities are awsome, clean and well managed. The only problem is the keyboard to enter the indoor storage units, it is hazed over and unreadable getting the numbers in is difficult and time consuming. With a company as established as yours I would have to believe that access for your customers would be a great concern.

Experienced great service in signing up. Unit very clean. Csilla was wonderful and very helpful. I wish the locks weren't so expensive though.

I went to my storage unit just to inspect it after the hurricane and stopped by the office to ask Csilla a few questions. She really answered it professionally as always. She is always kind to me and greets me with a smile. I sometimes just come by to say hello to her. Thank you!

I have visited a few Public Storage locations but off of Red Bug Lake road seemed the nicest. I love the location because it is so close to our house and Csilla was really knowledgeable about the size of unit we will need. I will certainly be back to rent from her as soon as the time comes and we sell the house. Thank you!

Everywhere else I went to I could not find any climate controlled units. I stopped at Red Bug Lake Road Public Storage and Csilla the store manager was there. She went above and beyond to find me the best space for my needs. The best part was that the unit is climate controlled. Thank you so much and I would recommend to anyone! Csilla is great!

Mirian is an amazing woman very caring and respectful truly enjoys her job and made me beyond reassured that my belongings are safe secure and clean until I can get them home again! I don't think I could ever use a different storage facility, thanks to her!

I've loved how clean and safe-feeling the space I'm using at Public Storage. Only thing that might make it better is lights inside the unit or right in front of the unit that would make night usage more doable. If the property were open a bit later, like 11pm would be great too, but then I'd get even less sleep during this process. Overall, great experience.
