The new manager Chris is very rude and disrespectful. I had reserved a unit on line and had stopped a few times to set it up. Usually no one was at the front desk. Finally the so called manager was there and told me he was eating lunch and I needed to make it quick. Rude Rude Rude. They lost my business.

When I checked in the staff was awesome, especially with all of this coronavirus stuff. They got me set up with my unit, got automatic payments set up and were super friendly!! The unit was clean and very easy to access. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a storage unit.

We came in 3 days before our move in date and needed to move stuff in ASAP! The guy, Josh, was amazing! He showed us around and got us a bigger unit and all paperwork done within 15 minutes. Their moving carts were such a blessing and the climate was great too. Pricing was ok but overall I love the place.
