I had to relocate from public storage out on John Young parkway because of my move back to the area. In doing so I blindly chose another storage facility just down the street from SmartStop. When I finally arrived to begin moving my belongings, I realized the place was not up to par with my standards of cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. I then immediately started looking for another storage facility.It was through an ad on social media that I found Smart Stop. The representative was so attentive and helpful in helping me choose a unit within the facility. She was amazing in more ways than one as far as her helpfulness and friendliness. When I arrived at the location I was astonished at how clean and nice it was. Kind of told me it was a new facility as well. But most of all staff there still in training, along with their training manager we're just outstanding people in general. I really felt welcomed and the unit is like a brand new place! I'm going to be letting people know about this hidden gem!
