I was involved in an accident back in October,with all the hassle that comes with such situation,being in therapy and away from home trying to get my account up to date was an unexpected hussle. My account was two months late. Approaching my third month I tried to pay these people their money,but they decide to make it harder by demanding me to show up and pay them by cash,money order or cashier's check. Payment methods barely use in the digital era we live, They won't accept my payment over the phone with my debit card which we all know is automatic and immediate. No they demand me to show up to the office to pay. Can I remain being a customer as I was for the past two and half years? I bet you not

The professional welcome by Paula, followed by her expert attention to detail as she walked me through the process was an awesome display of customer service at its finest. She took me on the tour and left me with no questions unanswered.I look forward to the interacting with her on my future visits. I would highly recommend this location being air conditioned and no evidence of bugs. I left a delicious hot cup of coffee and a smile. I have told @ 15 people about my experience to date.

She was so busy with other customers that I could hand returned my uhaul truck key before you close at 2pm on Sunday, had to drop the key in the drop box, and uhaul charge me for an extra day because of that.
