Staff and facility are great and in a great location.

My only concern is the ceiling of the unit is see through. May not stand a chance if someone attempts to get something from the unit.

The associate had the closed sign in the window and I panicked because I had the truck with all my stuff there to move in. I had to call the 800 number to get the unit and my access code. Turns out she was walking the premises. I think a BE RIGHT BACK sign would be better with a way of letting them know a customer is there. Once she arrived, she was very helpful and friendly.

Staff was friendly and professional and the facility was very clean

The service was good and the facility met my needs. My only wish is that the price was a little lower.

Life Storage facilities were clean and staff was pleasant. I like that it was conveniently located right of the 417 making getting to the location much easier for me. Large carts were located by the front doors allowing us to unload to storage unit much faster. Mandatory monthly insurance charge took me by surprise. This charge should be made available when reserving the unit. Nonetheless I am pleased with my rental.
