Public Storage - Oviedo - 1400 Alafaya Trail

I showed up at this address and the customer service agent let me walk in to view where I wanted to park my 32 foot RV. I picked my preferred spot and signed the paperwork. I appreciate the rebate for the first month. I like that it is fenced in. The APP does not work for international users but the person was able to help navigate the contract.

I reserved a spot to park my trailer at this location. Allot of restaurants and shops nearby. Facility looks well taken care of and is in a decent looking part of town.

Max took very good care of us. He helped me figure out our spot and left us alone to back the trailer with no peer pressure ( we appreciate that so much!!!). We weren't sure of when we were going to move in, and Max helped us with everything and made sure we were goos to go even on our last minute decision to move in on that Sunday. Facility looks clean and organized. I would only ask to refresh the yellow lines that divide the spots, since they are very faded and it was very hard to figure out where our spot started and finished. Overall, amazing place with a great price! Unbeatable!

This was our first time renting a storage unit and the property manager, Sue-Kim, made the experience pleasant. She was very friendly, nice, funny, and provided us with fast service. She was very informative and answered all the questions we had. The whole process from registering, viewing the unit, and then completing the paperwork was quick and I highly recommend Public Storage!

My recent experience with Public Rental in Oviedo was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous, the pricing was competitive,the facility was well kept and security was very good. I have rented with other companies in the past, but the experience with Public Storage was much better than the others.

I called Public Storage because it was five minutes from my home to see availability on a storage space and was quickly informed that there was one available ready to go. That's what i was looking for as they walked me through the process and made it very easy that same afternoon to store my inclosed trailer. Im very pleased with the service and pricing of the storage having security cameras and it being gated in make me feel at ease to drop my investment of somewhere other than my house knowing that it wont get tampered with or stolen. I would recommend Public Storage to anyone i come across looking for a reliable unit or storage space to secure their investments.

Ladies that work at the site were very nice. I saw on the website people were complaining about fees showing up at the contract signing. I know what they're talking about now. Nowhere and no one said anything about having to pay two months upfront or having to have insurance. I even got an email with my move in price, but that wasn't right. Very misleading!!

This was our first time needing a storage space Christina made it very painless. She even helped us with the size we needed. She was friendly very knowledgeable and professional. Location was clean and easy to access the unit was a major plus. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing storage.

Super clean, super well organized, well priced. Christina/Kristina (spelling?) took care of us and was professional, funny, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and obviously dedicated to the customer as well as the company. Seriously set a new standard of storage facility operation in my book.

I've been coming in to pay for my dads space for the last year and have never gotten greeted which such a happy and professional demeanor. Cristina is awesome and I felt like I've known her forever. She's so professional and sweet! Made my 5 min experience amazing.

Easy process. Very friendly staff.

My wife saw a great rate of $55 online for a 12x30 outdoor vehicle parking. Picked up our RV a week later and went in and it was now $65! So had no choice but pay the increase. Not a great way to start out in storing our RV for 4 years. Will look for another source.

The check in was smooth and easy. I got a tour of the park and, more importantly, there was room for my boat. It's a bit tight for where I'm park and the slanted parking areas aren't great, but another customer helped me the first time and everyone I've met there has been very friendly. They keep the area clean and it appears well lit.

If it wasn't for the wonderful onsite manager I would have gone someplace else... It started when I placed a call to the call center trying to reserve a spot, having never used a "storage facility" before the gentleman on the phone was more than helpful and the onsite manager called me within 5 min of me reserving a spot. The issue came when I noticed that I wasn't given the $1 dollar first month special, the onsite manager told me I needed to get the info from the call center and have it put in the system because she had no way of doing so ... I called from the facility in hopes of getting this resolved the response I got was not only rude but very unprofessional I was told to take my business someplace else. Your onsite manager almost fell over when she heard this. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there wasn't one so I hung up and called back. The next call center agent I spoke with put me on hold to speak with the district manager then came back and told me that there was nothing that could be done. I asked for a number to speak to the district manager and he gave it to me. After calling that manager and leaving a message asking for a call back I left. Your onsite manager called me later in the day and was overly apologetic even though I have never received a return call from the district manager I decided to rent the space to park my new camper based on two things. First, the location of your facility is convent with my given situation and secondly, the empathy and sincerity of the onsite manager. Knowing if I have any issue the onsite manager will do everything in her power to help is comforting. Knowing that the rest of the operation seemingly doesn't care is disheartening
