Customer service was excellent. Check in, payment, et cetera very easy to understand. The person at front desk (Patrice, I believe) is an excellent representative of the company.

When I got there I was greeted by a man. He was very nice and helpful. He walked me through and showed me my unit and helped me with the lock. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

I was taxed twice on the system invoice, called and spoke to the property manager and tried to explain the issue. He wasn't understanding what I was trying to explain to him that clearing shows on the invoice that I was taxed twice. At the end without him clearly understanding what I was saying and trying to show him, he just wanted the call to end so he said he would credit my account to make this go away. I was just trying to let him know his formula that has been imputed on his computer that does his calculations' for his invoice is wrong and needs to be corrected or other customers will be getting taxed twice as well.

He was Very Helpful and loved the fact that they were having it fume agated! And love the prices!

Friendly and efficient. Reserved online and they were ready and waiting with my storage unit when I arrived. We got through the paperwork quickly and they showed me the unit. Very clean. I will recommend them!

very disorganized; girl at front was not too bright or knowledgeable; numbering system for inside units makes no sense, it's as though whoever designed the system was either under the influence of some heavy medication or was psychotic. I have never been through such an ordeal in my life

The way the units are numbered make it nearly impossible to find if you have inside units
