Everything was easy and simple.

Was disappointed to find unit that I reserved was not in broom swept condition- there were several pieces of trash on floor of unit that I had to clean myself before moving in my contents…. Staff very helpful over the phone helping to finish paperwork, also with questions.

It was great seeing Gina. She was very helpful and pleasant with my move-in. She called me multiple times before my move-in to see if I needed anything.

Everything was like they said easy no problems only wish was they where 24 hours or had a payment option that I can access my unit 24/7

Google and waze takes you to a empty lot a few blocks away and there is no name on the storage facility I had to call to verify that I found it by accident. Customer service was very helpful to try to help me but didn't know any more them me then to look to Google maps which she said infact yes it was an empty lot. Was not sure what the units looked like or if it was across the street from Fire station and Airgass company which would have been helpful. She tried very hard to help with the tools she hard. I was given the option to by a lock only to find out it wasn't an option at that location and Customer service told me I would be reimbursed. Email communication was great with exception of the above mentioned and that I wasn't told I had to enter *and# ,luckily I was on the phone with Customer service at the time or I would have had to call back a 4 th time. With all being said I am still happy and was happy with the effort put in to each time I spoke to Customer service. Thanks for the service.
