Clean, well lit, staff was helpful, and the price was Unbeatable!

Was treated very well. Person at the desk was extremely friendly, very informative. Willing to show me several units so I make the right decision on what size I need.

My move was very difficult, and Laurie worked around me having to deal with a mover, broken furniture! She even allowed me to put some temporary item in a second space until I could get a truck, at no charge! The facility is very clean & bright!

The lady who took care of me was very friendly and easy to work with. She went out of her way to help get situated and find the best size storage for my needs, even working it out to move in a day early. Overall it has been a very pleasant experience.

Half the price of Uncle Bobs for what we needed - temp controlled 5 X 8, and every inch of this place is squeaky clean!

Was quick getting in. Great ccustomer service. Very clean with ample lighting they have all your storage needs big to small and tractor parking.

Very easy process from making reservation, to filling out paperwork, to accessing and putting my things into the unit. Highly recommend Babcock Storage!

So far so great, the gates are broken but they should be repaired shortly, everyone is very helpful and friendly, the storage unit itself is extremely clean which is what I was looking for.

Excellent customer service! No surprises or last minute additional fees. I gave a 4 for security because the main gate needs repair.

It is 24 hour access, which is important to me. However, there is a gate that is always open. There is no security at all.

I found the units very clean and with easy access.

Very nice, well kept, clean, security cameras, and gated. not your average storage facility. 24 hr access even has rest rooms with 24 hr access

Love this storage unit. Great price, excellent personalities, a lot of help.

I like the easy access, the well lighted working area, and being allowed to pick a lock that is very secure.

They are in the process of installing a new entrance, so I think the security will greatly improve.

the price was the best I could find and the unit was clean, easy to get to, and close by. They take my payment over the phone, the bill is due the first but you have to the fifth to pay it.It pays to shop around.

Units are kept clean and neat. Very friendly personnel. Outside area neat and kept up. Going through renovations but still clean areas.

Receptionist was very polite and helpful, they were doing some maintenance it's good to see they upkeep the facility
