Easy check in and paperwork. Their app is easy to set up and use. However, the reason why I chose this facility was because of the customer service I received by Paul. Started with my initial phone call during my search. This site wasn't the closest to my home but I feel that the customer experience is more important than the extra miles.

Paul is a top knotch manager who is knowledgeable and looking out for his tenants.

Other than the light being out and told they did not know when it would be fixed, all else was fine. Very clean and efficient facility that fits our needs.

This storage facility is really clean and security measures are taken to the extreme I feel very secure with my things now. Its air condition control and they are very helpful with everything from lending a truck for free to elevators dollies to help you move valuable storage. access hours are great. It's a gated storage facility someone cant just get in and roam around. I feel safe going there alone,, even at night. the price it's absolutely amazing! I mean you can't get a storage facility nicer with these prices this storage facility should be charging a lot more because it's one of the best ones that ive ever rented at their prices..l thank them for being so considerate to people's financial hardship with this pandemic and I would recommend to anyone that this storage facility , because it is perfect for people who want to store their most treasured valuables without worry.

Pleasantly surprised with all the little extras that come with rentals at this location. Not only is the customer service on point, but it's such a relief to have access to a free moving truck, fair pricing on moving/packing materials (buy 5 boxes, get 2 free!), and great prices on a large variety of storage sizes. Everything is well maintained. I feel taken care of each time I'm on site.

I have been storing my stuff here for a few years and i have had no complaints.

I was first skeptical how Mini U Storage was going to be after the company changed from Acorn Storage. My first concerns were if my rent would be raised and if the hours would be less convenient. I was very impressed that the transition went very well; topped with excellent customer service. More than 1 flatbed for its customers was a great plus for me.

We have used for a few months primarily with the previous ownership.Tge improvements made by the new owner are minor but significant. Thank you
