Storage unit is a nice size.

Quick, effortless the whole process was incredibly easy

Need moving carts closer to the building where people have their units. Going to the office and dragging the cart to my 2nd floor unit is a hasle (I'm disabled) other than that we're happy with our storage.

The service staff was great and answered the questions I had. They had the stall ready for us to start moving in our belongings within an hour.

Overall everyone that I have come into contact with has been very friendly and helpful.

Super customer service, clean property, reasonable rates, and a lock included! What more could you ask for! I will definitely recommend to others.

Each unit is equipped with a light activated by a timer. After turning on all timers in the vicinity and changing the light bulb several times with new bulbs the light fails to work. Other units that are in line, do have lighting. The lady who signed me up happened to be in the building, so I asked her if it can be fixed, her reply was "No we are not responsible" and that was that. I am paying for a unit that has a light that does not function. The lady saw me change the bulbs etc... and seemed not to care. I guess 'Ill just use a flashlight. Other than that I am happy with the price.

We used the Public Storage located at 4630 Babcock NE, Palm Bay. The facility was clean and well kept. Security gate and doors all functioned properly. Security key pads and security cameras were available and functioning. The manager, Lorraine, was very professional and helpful. She was efficient and provided excellent customer courtesy. Because of Lorraine, we would definitely return to this Public Storage facility for our future storage needs.

Everyone on site was amazing. The units were sketchy. And they couldn't price match unit I had to take to unit that needed to be repaired.

Very helpful staff. Showed me different storage units and pricing options. I was able to find a unit that met my needs at a great price. Liked the security system: cameras, keyless entry/ exit to the facility.

Very clean but need to fix ac unit to keep cool. Otherwise great prices and great service.

I had my belongings stored for 1.5 years in Pembroke Pines and it was such a surprise to see them after all that time as if I'd stored them the day before that I decided to go straight to a Public Storage location when I had to move. The manager at the Melbourne location was extremely accomodating. Maybe the ONLY disappointment was that he wouldn't honor the same rate for a first floor unit regardless of my diabetic condition whi h I pointed out. Yet, I'm happy with my new unit and I'm already moved in. The whole experience has been great.

I'm quite happy with the rental unit. Price is very fair, but totally very unhappy about mandatory property insurance. I certainly feel this should be optional. the contents of my 5X5X4 unit has really no value that makes insurance nothing more than a rip-off. I may in the future look about for some other storage company.
