Having only been a customer for 24 hours, I'm a little hesitant to make a snap judgement, but so far so good. This SRoA facility had the best price on a climate controlled unit in the size I needed anywhere close to my house. The paperwork (completed online) was a piece of cake. I got a rent-free month up front, and a free lock and keys for my unit. Speaking of which, I was happy to see that my unit was conveniently located near one of the entrances to the building. I also appreciate the fact that it was spotlessly clean. As a matter of fact, the whole grounds (office, buildings and driveways) were like new. Into the bargain, the lady who runs the place, Rochelle, is a pleasure to deal with. So let's review: good price, decent location, a couple of freebies, minimal red tape, easy access, clean facilities, nice lady. What's not to love?

The Staff at this facility have accommodated me on numerous occasions and have always made me feel welcomed, while offering service with a smile and caring attituded You will not find a greater pair of people during intake and scheduling available at larger storage franchise facilities. I will always store my valuables here and I recommend anyone wanting true quality and secure service do the same. Signed one happy often used this facility customer!
