We reserved the unit site unseen. Paid for it via the internet. When we were actually able to gain access, we found the unit was dirty with a foul odor, similar to animal feces. I had to place plastic covering over the stain on the floor. I had a difficult time opening and closing the unit door. I was unable to speak with either Jessie or Brent because it was after 5pm. If I had another option I would have taken it, but I felt compelled to accept this nasty shed because I had a time constraint with the U-Haul truck and it was too late to make other arrangements. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am totally displeased. When I called and spoke with Jessie, a couple of days later, he wanted me to come from Deltona to Palm Coast to the unit, but would not tell me what he intended to do, because my things are already in the unit which I had to do by myself and I was not going to move it twice, until I get ready to take my items out. When I spoke with Jessie on 11/20/23, he stated he would call me back and I am still awaiting his call.

This is such a great way to find a unit that meets your needs quickly. Great customer service as well!

So far my experience has been great.

Over priced but I guess people have to pay it because storage units are almost impossible to find near Palm Coast.

I was looking for a place to store my RV. This was the closest to my house I could locate. The space for my RV is easy to get to and park. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not far from US-1 or fromI-95. The manager Frank was really helpful and explained everything to me and gave me some suggestions for the RV storage.

Very easy to reserve and finish the transaction. The location was clean and looked well cared for.

We were researching location for storage of a large vehicle. Jenna was upbeat and very helpful to me and my wife. She discussed options and even looked on line for special rates.
