I would recommend this facility.

The office was closed when I arrived to check in. The manager was sick and nobody was called in to replace them. Had to contact the customer service department to get it resolved. Caused about an hour delay. Other than that everything was smooth.

The fact that a Declaration Letter of Home Insurance was needed to avoid the insurance charge was not a welcome surprise. This requirement should have been prestated.

I evacuated to Palm Coast during Hurricane Ian and needed a safe place to park my Tesla as the storm moved through here. The office lady was SO accommodating, gave me a nice senior discount and was so helpful and concerned. And this was by far the most affordable storage location in the area. Thank you so much!
