My friend had to move in to a different storage unit after another storage unit and checked her out and these people worked with her helped her she got one unit it was too small so she got another unit and it worked out and she's really happy.

The day I arrived there was moisture in the unit, and the rep on duty told me that was not normal. When I came back the following day, it was littered with dead or half-dead roaches everywhere. I stopped counting after 10. I was in an extreme hurry so I could not change it. I did call customer service and spoke to a rep a corporate, but I'm sure this won't help any since its not even in the same state.
