Horizon self storage customer
The business is very misleading and the owner is not helpful at all and is not willing to admit when she is giving invalid information none of the units they offer are advertised as the right size on the website and the units she says she has open to rent are not really advalible this is just a scratch on the surface long story short use another storage facility and save your time and money not to mention the headaches you will be saving yourself.

Cleanliness/organization could be better I suppose, but the owner is so accommodating and sweet; she made a 45 minute drive after hours so that I could rent a unit and get my things moved in during an emergency situation. Definitely a fair price as well. She was also kind enough to go over all of the security information, any possible extra charges, and all other necessary information in depth even though it was already so late.
