Security is low if sparefoot had better photos of the facility I probably wouldn't have chosen it the location is in a shady part of town gate has an easy lock to break with bolt cutter and you could easily bolt cutter the pin that holds the locker shut without breaking the lock unit is dated and should be updated to tumbler locks which I thought we would be using

The facility is clean and has a chain length fence to help make it secure. However, the contact person rented the facility to me from another unit inside this facility and didn't have access to necessary items a regular office would have. For example, she wasn't able to provide me with change from my deposit and first month's storage, so I had to leave the facility, during my move, and go to a local store to get exact change.

I needed I small storage shed to do my spring cleaning . just something to hold a few boxes a stand-up video game and stuff made a reservation at selfstorage.com met lady for storage shed and was finished with keys in less than 20 minutes paperwork was fast worker was nice and helpful and facilities are fenced in lighted and double locked. I think I made a wise choice

Very good customer service from a lady. She called 2 times making sure the weather was ok for me. The unit wwas clean and perfect size for me. The facility has about 20 units and I only saw 1 other person out of the 3 times I been by. Its barb wire gate and lock are secure snd you can bring your own lock or rent theirs for$12. I like it its perfect for my budget.
