Jeremy treated me like a genuine customer. He followed up with me as I was unloading and asking if I needed anything. Very professional.

The process was easy and timely. Jeremy had got me all set up with my storage unit. The pricing is pretty good as well!

The site manager Jeremy was great, very nice and helpful from beginning to end. The facility is very clean, even my unit, it was spotless! No dust or dirt whatsoever! I love that! I usually have to ask storage facilities to borrow their broom and dustpan because there's always some dirt in the units but not this facility. I'm really happy with my choice to store here. The prices are reasonable as well. I don't like the admin fee and being forced to buy insurance but I recouped that with the special deal they had for me. I'd definitely recommend this facility, Storage King on Star Ave to my closet of friends.

Easy to reserve, to find and to move in. We had some questions, being this our first time, and we did get someone to pick up the phone who was very friendly to answer our questions.

It's not bad so far. The customer service is friendly, the pricing is good. It's better than my old storage, which was not a climate-controlled one. My old storage was bad, their facility is nasty and the whole place needs some renovation. To me Storage King's facility is a lot better than my old one. I understand, SK is still new and you guys have more room for improvement (i.e. restroom cleanliness, providing additional cargo carts, etc.). Other than that, to me it's a 4-star rating for now but it can be 5-star next time. Thanks a lot.

First try set the account but gate wouldn't open,had to open 2nd account, after that everything was good just hope the 1st account is took off my card.

Nice area to store my stuff and easy access

I was able to reserve online and I was amazed at the price. Very affordable. I believe Storage King has the ability to be the leader in their industry. But the customer service aspect must be addressed because it is a large deterrent. I had questions about my reservation but found it difficult to find anyone to talk to. There was no one in the front office during business hours. There was no one to call except the option to leave a message. The online confirmation was not clear on where the unit was or next steps on more in. I called the central phone number and the general customer service agents didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t seem to know anymore than I did and told me I had to go in the office when someone was there (which was a toss of a coin when that would be). I had already tried to go during regular business hours and there was no one there. On my second trip that I took to try to figure out my confirmation, there was someone in the office. Once I was able to get help, then everything went smoothly. I think the storage unit is very nice, clean, and affordable. I would just recommend having a phone number that actually works for the front office (instead of only being allowed to leave a message), have someone in the office during business hours (or leave a sign saying when they will return), and training the central customer service to be able to answer basic questions.

On-site manager Robyn Howell is prompt, helpful, and clearly a dedicated worker. I feel very satisfied with my choice and she worked with me to find a larger storage area more suitable to my needs than the previous one I ordered online.

Great pricing, clean secure facility, easy to reserve & rent!

I loved the location & price but how about security? I went there today & with no one on site the climate controlled area was open & doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t ask for a code to know who is accessing the site. That is a security issue for me for it may have persons entering who are not clients & could cause damage to units. Also heavy winds blow auto doors open & we have a hurricane coming that will push rain in if not locked & could affect units. Broken glass is also outside front doors & dangerous.

The units are verybcleanex and well maintained. There is a cart if you need it to unload car, nice bonus.
