The reservation process was very professional and efficient. The staff were professional and knowledgeable.

I have been waiting for 10 minutes in the front door because nobody was in the front desk and the door was lock. After 10 minutes one employee came to the front and opened the door. After that the services was good.

The facility is very clean. Plenty of carts available to move stuff around, but be aware that some people take multiple carts at a time. Axel made the move in process very easy and was very professional and courteous.
