Funny how their business model favors short term customers. Stored my stuff there 2 years. Expect a rate increase every six months - far in excess of inflation. Then, you see they're offering your same unit for half the price you're paying - and if you try to move to the other unit - the discount doesn't apply to you - and I was on auto pay and never late! In a word obtuse.

Staff was accommodating and Friendly. Acquiring the unit was quick, no long wait or paper work.

Easy online set up and reserve the spot and just move in…easy, quick process

the facility is perfect for us. We use for our RV so we got an outdoor space. The facility is very clean and easy to get in. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and professional. She did all the paper in a few minutes.

It's a decent place, first month free and that's great.

With an extra big vehicle it's hard do get around.

Found a unit close to where I needed it, easy move in. However they did not honor the "on-line" discount rate even when I asked if it had been utilized, and the 1st month at half off was not honored either. There was also additional insurance needed to rent unit which was not in the advertisement. It is clean and safe, but I do not like misleading ads

I will return to this storage.

Great customer service. Everything explained in detail. Facility very clean and secure. I love the long hours the facility is opened and also the Office Hours are better than other storage places I have rented from.
