The unit was not completely clean. It was difficult to get help to clean it. The agent was reluctant to clean, finally she agreed, but not in a friendly mood. On the other hand she was very efficient to help me to change units and do the paper work online and adjusting the price and refund.

Rushing to try to get some stuff to carry in the truck while also needing to arrive before the office closed, it became apparent I wasn't going to make it on time. However, the customer service people from the facility called and sent me a link through which I could complete the rental online. That saved me a lot of time, stress and mileage on the rental truck. I was curious why the caller ID on my phone said Extra Space was calling, but I didn't ask. However, when I got to the facility and found the padlock I'd brought to secure my door wasn't going to work - the doors use the same kind of plug lock that Extra Space uses for their storage doors - I realized that either "Life Storage" is a brand name for Extra Space or they bought (at least) the facility from them. Pricing is good for now - but considering the shocking price increases I was hit with at Extra Space, I'm not sure what the future is likely to hold. It was a pleasant surprise to discover this faciltiy is immediately adjacent to I-75, providing easy highway access - a definite plus. The elevators aren't very fast, but considering the weight they're expected to carry, that's not a surprise. The thing that bugged me about the elevators, though, is when it stopped at the ground floor, it was a full half minute (every time) before the doors would open: Apparently the mechanism has to take a lot of time to ensure it's properly lined up with the floor or something before it decides it's a rest and the doors can be opened. (This wasn't a significant problem on the other floors, though.)

I was greeted with great customer service. The place is well kept and quite. It is spacious perfect for me. A great place overall.

Very convenient and clean facility. actually thinking about getting another unit. They provide there own specials locks which is amazing. Pricing is ok as well. Would recommend over any other storage facility.
