The location is great. I am just worried about the price increase that they do twice a year. The unit isn't changing, why does the price?! It seems they are more interested in getting new clients as opposed to keeping the ones they already have but we shall see. The customer service was great, they let you use a cart but they keep your ID as insurance until you bring it back to the office. Unfortunately, you can't use the cart outside of office hours.

At that very moment you have the feeling of a positive and professional atmosphere. My transaction and processing was run very smoothly and everything was explain very clearly and in a upbeat friendly tone. All of my concerns were answered. The facility was clean and well kept. I would recommend Public Storage.

A fantastic experience with Claudio and Anthony, my mother is disabled and couldn't walk or stand for too long and Claudio spent the time with her, giving her his chair while Anthony showed me the different sized units. I was gonna go to a cheaper public storage but their customer service went far and above expectations! Store here!.

I came in this week with the intention of moving to a storage facility closer to my residence. However, I have been working with Anthony and Claudio since this location was Tropical Storage and decided the drive to this location was worth it because of them. Their customer service is fantastic. I am thankful for all they have done to help me in the past 5 years! They are the only reason I have kept my things at this location for all these years!!!

Easy process

I love Public Storage immensely!! You fit my needs all the time. Don't matter where my location is I would always use this location because of the service I receive here. Anthony and Claudio are two selfless workers. They are kind and hospitable and it doesn't matter how many times I bother them they will always have a smile and be pleasant and will offer courteous help. They make you feel welcome and they are delighted when there are $1 for the first months deals to share with you. I feel welcome here. I would not use any other storage space.
