I went in to this facility and was helped by Shephard who was very helpful and attentive. I was supposed to move in a week before but couldn't due to a hurricane. They had a special running the week of the hurricane which Shephard was able still to offer me. The facility is very clean and accessible without the office being open which is a plus. I will definitely recommend Shephard and this facility in the future.

28 June 2017 (Army Vet) The customer service that I received at this Public Storage Facility was very impressive compaired to others in the area. Mrs. Courtney was polite and professional. She was patient with showing me the different storage size unit so that I can decise on the unit that I want. The facility is well maintain and very clean.
