Jess in the office is a real pleasure to work with. The elevator quit working during our move in but she came up with a great solution and saved the day. We were able to get the U-Haul unloaded and returned on time and she followed up as promised and everything worked out splendidly. The facility has great lighting and is a very comfortable temperature. There are even several restrooms available in multiple locations. Best of all there is the portico where we were able to pull up and unload the truck without getting our stuff wet.
