Value Store It - Weston

I recently rented storage space for my parents and the U-Haul truck available at the facility. First off Mayra and the Manager were friendly, informative, and professional. I had never used storage before, and they took the time to show me various options and distinguish all the benefits of Value Store-It. I was surprised to see how clean the spaces were. The facility smells pleasant and is safe. Moving can be stressful and the Manager and Assistant Manager were very supportive and helped alleviate pressures by just being lovely human beings. Unfortunately I had to move out of this unit in a short time frame but it was an excellent unit I feel comfortable leaving my items well ventilated , the staff are extremely nice and helpful and they do care !

I just moved into this facility from another storage I had where they had been raising the rates every year to double my original rental agreement. When moving in the place is spotless and they receptionist was more than kind and helpful. If you need a storage unit this is the place to go for sure.
