Multiple storage unit rentals later this is the best so far. Ability to move in online to get in and unload before they even open. Only challenge is lock based. Some units have the round lock which you have to get from the office vs left inside. Rover on a golf cart always available to answer questions and assist with issues. Office was very helpful with obtaining a lock for the round unit.

Debbie and Brandi helped me get registered and into my 10 x 20 unit, exactly what I needed, essentially with no advance notice, and despite challenging circumstances as a passing storm had knocked out internet and computer system. Thanks for a GREAT JOB!

I reserved this unit through SpareFoot.com in the morning and showed up late afternoon with a truck load. The paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. After a long day we quickly unloaded the truck into exactly what was promised of our unit.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with finding the right size for everything. Great experience.

Bobs has very competitive pricing, friendly staff and is secure and clean. My only problem is they don't tell you up front that you are REQUIRED to keep insurance on your storage unit. They have insurance or if your homeowners/renters insurance covers it, you provide proof, you don't have to take out their insurance. I understand insurance is a good thing, but when you have been out of work for 6 months and are storing stuff because you no longer have a home, an extra $10.00 a month is a surprise.

We are moving to Pensacola FL, from Central NY and using a POD system. My call to Bob's answered by Chris was very well handled. Not only will they allow a POD container to be parked for 1-3 days on their lot for unloading to Bob's storage, but they will loan you a truck for partial deliveries from your storage unit with a modest security deposit. Great reception. Intend to do business with Bob's Self Storage in Pensacola. Great rate, great people!!!
