Rented here to put household goods in storage while renovating interior. Made reservation online and moved my stuff in that afternoon! How easy was that? My unit was clean and ready, spoke with Debbie I believe, and she was very professional and helpful. Still using it as I just moved in within the last week. Will use them again after I'm done with any temp storage needs I might have.

This review is for the E 9 Mile Rd facility. The mgr (Debbie) was very helpful and patient as I decided between two different sized units. She was professional and knowledgeable about the process too. It was a pleasant experience during a stressful move. Thank you Debbie!

I made an online reservation for a storage unit and the associate manager Ryan called me a short time later to let me know they received the reservation. He greeted me with a smile and explained everything quickly and efficiently. The great customer service that I received adds a personal touch and makes you feel like your not just another customer. I highly recommend.

I looked at several different storage places before choosing Life Storage...the others had either mold/mildew smells, were dirty, unkempt, and some had toxic air from no telling what. Some were over priced and had no discounts or special deals going on, whereas Life Storage had the second month free deal; all around they were the best choice.

The staff here is fantastic and wonderful at helping you find what you need. The woman who helped me (her name started with a "D") showed me multiple units and different points of pricing so that I could pick what fit my needs best. She could not have done a better job. They even allow you a free moving vehicle) with only a $20 insurance fee) to move your items! The site is under 24 hour live-feed surveillance with camera watching ever unit. I def would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality storage experience.

I was hesitant on where to store my items..but Debra on 9 mile location Bob's Storage answered all my questions and made it easy..gave me the free truck rental & it went really well..Thanks to Debra!!

perhaps it is just my opinion, or maybe it is just the storage business, but to me the price is a little high. All other aspects are satisfactory

Manager was very helpful. I was renting from out of state and she did everything she could to accommodate me. It would have been easier if we had been able to use the internet instead of faxing.
