Needed a storage space quick. Extra storage has always been a good place to rent.

The management is excellent. Stephanie was very knowledgeable, helped us make a decision by listening to our needs and helped us to quickly make a decision on what we needed. She even helped with recommendations on local area. Excellent customer service and property is very clean and organized. Great experience, highly recommended!

To use your light in your unit you must set timer switch at the exit doors upon entry. There are no hand trucks or carts to move items from the vehicle to the unit.

Never checked in can't use boxes that food used to be stored in. No problem there we sell boxes. Oh forgot you have to have insurance. Oh didn't mention lock fee. Oh btw hope you got your hiking shoes on the storage area available is not on ground level. Stop using Uncle Bob's name. Never had issues with them.

HORRIBLE! I had a storage unit with Lock-n-Store since 2004, and never had a problem or issue. Due to some changes in my life, and starting over, a payment that was set up on auto-pay with my credit card, some how was declined. Credit card company said so such payments were tried to process and nothing declined. EVERYTHING I owned was auctioned off on 12/19. No notice or communication, and email has always been the same and check that daily even though phone wasn't in place yet. I was in the unit end of October, wasn't locked off, which would have told me something was wrong! Please do not put your valuables in their hands! They feel it's a joke that we choose to pay for storage, thinking it's just junk. It held my life, no joke. Two months, and everything is gone. I will be posting on every message board, everywhere storage facilities are mentioned, will be placing an ad on Craigslist and will not stop. DO NOT USE UNCLE BOB's!!!!
