It worked for storing my stuff. There was a crumpled water bottle on the corner in the floor of the unit, so 1 point off for cleanliness other than that everything was great. The customer service was excellent.

Received a follow-up call with 5 minutes of making my online reservation. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! And the price is better than anywhere else I've found in the city, especially for climate control. She answered all of my questions and even gave me some job leads for my husband, just an amazing experience overall!

Staff was helpful. But too many " follow up calls" after I rented the unit online was annoying. On check in day, staff was helpful but asked too many personal questions about why and what and where I was from, etc. Very annoying and uncomfortable. Almost changed our minds about leasing from them. But the price was right.

I rented the unit and after the office closed I was not able to reenter the facility. So I sat outside the gate with all my belongings on a trailer in the rain. I had to find another unit and rent it just to hold my things until I am able to access the one I paid for. I xalled customer service and there code was no good either. The recommended I find a dry place for my things lol

Found Prime Storage online, made an appt., went in and had to wait a bit due to renewal leases for new company takeover m, and as an employee had quit. David though processed my inquiries to a lease and helped me get into the unit.
