Young lady in office was very helpful and knowledgeable about location, in and out with ease.

We moved from Illinois to Florida, we called Public Storage and talked to Kayla which in turn led us to AWESOME Ms Lexi. She walked and talked us through this major move. I would recommend this facility to any and everyone. Keep up the fantastic work. E. G.

Great friendly customer service

The facilities and security were nice and the onsite people were friendly only I didn't care for was the required insurance but at least our things are covered if something happens.

You're staff was great

This is our second time using this facility and again, Debbie made it so easy to move in.

Quick and easy to reserve and price was very competitive. Debby, the staff member who showed us around after the on-line reservation process, was extremely friendly and had everything ready for us to move in.

My wife and I had a unit here at Public a few years ago and Debbie is the reason I choose Public storage again. This is a great place and the staff is so down to earth. Debbie you're awesome and thanks for EVERYTHING, you get 5 Stars from us. The Allen's.

Debbie (the manager) was very knowledgeable and helpful. Good prices, good location. in and out and ready to start moving boxes in 15 minutes

Overall I believe we will be happy with Public Storage, but we haven't been happy with all the "surprises" and difficulties in getting there: 1)It's frustrating not to be able to speak directly with the storage place you're trying to rent from. It's very upsetting to also be lied to by one of the corporate customer service people since he TOLD ME DIRECTLY that he was at the place I was trying to reach since I had a few questions. 2)It's also frustrating that when you make a reservation online that it doesn't tell you anywhere that you actually DO NOT have a unit reserved. I would have been extremely upset if we had waited until the date our reservation gave to make that initial payment and nothing had been available. 3)It's frustrating to see these online special deals that makes you think you're getting a great deal only to find out there are additional charges for a special lock, insurance, etc.

Easy to work with extremely friendly staff especially Debbie and got me in quick but all my questions answered painless move in easiest one I've ever rented.

Ms. Debbie was wonderful. She was really patient with me. Being that I was late coming to meet with her nd so forth. I highly recommend anyone to come here. The space in my storage unit is wonderful. Thanks Ms Debbie

I received help from Marie at the Brent Lane location in Pensacola, FL. She is truly amazing. She was very helpful with picking the correct unit size I was in need of for my belongings. She has awesome customer service skills. She knows her stuff. That's for sure.

From the time I went on line to reserve the unit I received a phone call from a wonderful young lady. I came to the storage to fill out paper work and pay for storage Tammy was the lady I talked to. Talking to her was like talking to a person I had know all my life. Very nice made me feel welcome and I will tell other people about your storage business.
