The paperwork was the easiest to follow and fill out. Got to save my space 5 days out. Customer service called me to see if I had any questions, told me the lock 🔐 I ordered would be in the locker. Nice & clean place.

I was quoted a different price when I went the first time, but a representative helped me Lower my initial quote, to a more accurate payment. I was called quite a few times as well. Probably, 8 or 9 times, which was somewhat over the top. I didnt like the fact that I had to pay $20 for à lock, that I had to purchase through YOU ALL. That was a little ridiculous. But the employees were very nice, I felt like the service was great. And overall, It was the cheapest storage unit I could find, In town...
