Decent deal was quoted 48 and ended up paying 78.00

Was total it would be a spot for 48 dollars and it ended up being 78. Think it must have been a miscommunication since the deal was done at the kiosk and not with and I store person.

There was a glitch electronically and the team members went beyond expectations to help correct it. The storage facility is easy to navigate. Very pleased on all levels

The key pad in and out of the gate are not located so you don't have to get out of your truck to enter or exit.

I like the climate controlled facility and appreciate the good service

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was very professional. Building was clean. Only drawback was that we were unloading a full uhaul and the staff took all carts to the office since they were closing the front office for the day and of course our storage units were towards the opposite end of the building. Made for a long evening

The customer service has been amazing. They have been very helpful, and made this moving process an easy transition. I have appreciated all the help. The facility is also very clean and secure. I highly recommend this facility!

All around great place. On negative was no unit light or power outlet. It is lit by hall lights, but dark in unit.

My entire experience from the beginning was seamless. Shannon was amazing and so helpful. My relocation would have been very stressful if you had not been there for me. Thank you so much.

Good storage facility. Good people working there. I would like the lights to stay on longer. Also, the bumpy exit with a full cart as you go in and out of the building causes major issues with your stuff falling off!

The storage facility is great, the staff very helpful and friendly. I was only disappointed that when we only used one unit, and turned the key in for the other unit, we were charged for the entire month. But since we are "homeless" until our house is gutted and repaired from the October Hurricane Michael that hit Panama City, we needed a place for our furniture.

I was told that I could use the space to store and pack my items to ship, this is not the case. Spending any amount of time there beyond dropping my stuff off and picking it up requires me to use your power. Because I'm not paying for your power that is considered stealing power. This puts me in a position to have legal actions taken. When I ask for my money back because I was lied to when I rented the unit, I was told there are absolutely no refunds under any circumstance. Thanks for stealing from me.

Online reservation was easy. Price was better than other facilities nearby. The facility is clean and well maintained.

Outstanding service. I was very impressed with public storage. Reserving a unit was very easy. The public storage on plantation road was great. Everything was in great shape and very secure. Greg was great, you can tell he takes pride in his job and it shows. He followed up with me twice, was very nice, and seems like a really honest guy. I really cant say enough good things about the whole experience.

I feel the staff are friendly, the facility is clean and seems to be secure. My complain is that there is only one entrance into the loading area. As big of a facility as it is, there should have been two entrances. When there are several people needing to drop their belongings off or pick up, it is hard to get near the door. Parking is minimal. Having two loading/unloading areas would have been smart. Also, on the drive up keypad, if the design would have been made so that one can drive up and reach out the car or truck window to enter code versus having to exit vehicle to enter code, that would have been more convenient.

This was one of the easiest storage unit rentals that I have ever done. The employee seemed sincerely concerned about getting the right unit for me, at the right price.

friendly workers, easy gate access. Clean inside with nice clean bathrooms and water fountains. Nice sized elevators. The only downfall was they neglected to tell me when I signed up that you have to have storage insurance on the unit which for $3,000 was an extra $11/month. So instead of $53 like I thought it was $64/month.

Service was great and storage facility was just what I was looking for.
