I booked online and almost immediately after I booked, I received a phone call confirming my reservation and set up an immediate appointment to sign paperwork and view the unit. Ashley assisted us at our appointment and she was very professional, courteous, and thorough in her explanation of all charges and the contract. She is very customer oriented. I would highly recommend Public Storage for both the best rates and excellent customer service!

Getting a storage unit here was super easy and convenient! I've had storage units in the past( with different companies) and always had issues and it was more of a hassle signing up then usually it was worth , but Shannon made it very easy and walked me through everything she was very professional and friendly ! I only gave them five stars because it doesn't give you the option to give more! I would recommend this place to anybody they have great prices, great people, and even greater customer service ! Shannon was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL! She deserves 10 STARS!!!!

Staff was polite and friendly. I've rented from the Plantation Road location before and it's a newer facility, but I like the ease of being able to drive right up to my unit at the Creighton Road location.

Cherri was fantastic! Such a great personality, very helpful, flexible, and professional but still warm in her approach! Got everything I needed in a timely manner, was exactly as advertised by her, she took the time to explain everything and was very real about it! Our unit is perfect for us and service is always first class! Thanks again Cherri and public storage!!!

I didn't expect all of the extra "administrative" fees, I got a 15$/month storage (plus insurance, still a good deal) but I had to end up paying over $75 when I signed up and I didn't expect that. Guy at the desk was very friendly.

Rod did an excellent job and quickly prepared all that was necessary for me to start bringing my items for storage. A very clean, safe environment with easy accessibility. Very pleased!

I am confused as to why the 5 x 5 units are not climate controlled. Just sayin... Other than that great location and helpful, professional staff.
